Scheduling

  • Clients will be scheduled on the chosen date/time of the week that we agree on for 12 consecutive appointments
  • In an effort to respect both of our time we will commit to the scheduled appointment time. If for any reason it needs to be changed we will give the other person at least 24 hours notice. (Flexibility for life circumstances and divine timing when needed. Please just don’t take advantage of the flexibility).

  • Please refrain from contacting past 8pm and expect any messages sent during the weekend to have a response on Monday.​

Cancellation and Refunds

  • There will be no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges. Once you start the journey (sign the contracts) you must commit to the journey.

Missing/Rescheduling an Appointment

  • If you miss an appointment it must be rescheduled and completed within the same week or the week after. Due to my limited availability, we will not be able to make it up at the end.

Extending Our Journey

  • Packages are limited, however you will be prioritized if you want to extend your package on another three month journey.
  • Deadline to sign up is one month prior to the next quarter’s journey, otherwise your spot will be open to the next person on the waitlist.
  • You can extend the journey to a year maximum.

Payments

  • Payments will be made via the payment plan of choice. You will be sent an invoice to set up your payment arraignment or pay in full with your credit or debit card.
  • Once your payment plan is set up, your payment will automatically be charged for each payment with the payment info provided until payments are complete.
